Shipping information

Orders received before 2 p.m. on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.
The regular delivery time is 2-4 business days.

We ship with DHL. For particularly large or heavy packages, we ship via UPS – naturally with tracking. After shipment, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can track your delivery at any time.

Shipping costs

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49.
For smaller orders or international shipping, shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Right of return

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
