Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Klarna (invoice & installment purchase), Sofortüberweisung and other common payment methods.

Is payment in installments possible?

Yes, you can conveniently pay in installments via Klarna – simply select this option at checkout.

How quickly does shipping take place?

Orders received by 2 p.m. on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days.

Which shipping service provider delivers?

We ship with DHL. For particularly large or heavy shipments, we ship with UPS—of course, with tracking.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €49. Fees may apply for smaller orders or international shipping.

Can I track my order?
